Return Conditions & Return Address (Alchikh GmbH)
Goods that are not liable to deteriorate rapidly may be returned to Alchikh GmbH under the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (FAGG).
Food items liable to deteriorate rapidly, or sealed goods unsealed after delivery, are excluded for health protection and hygiene reasons.
Return address: Alchikh GmbH, Friedmanngasse 16/1-4, 1160 Wien, Österreich. In the event of withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. In the case of transport damage, the seller bears these costs.
Damaged Items & Support
If an item arrives damaged, you can report it directly in your account or contact us with your order code (HF-…) at majidalshikh6@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.
