Contracting Party and Platform Owner

The seller of the goods and your sole contracting party for the purchase is Alchikh GmbH, Friedmanngasse 16/1-4, 1160 Wien, Österreich, Email: majidalshikh6@gmail.com, commercial register number FN 657080w, Handelsgericht Wien.

The HalaFood platform including website, brand, domain, software and content belongs to Mahmoud El-Gamal, Donau-City-Straße 3, Büro 11, 1220 Wien, Österreich, and is operated by him. He provides the platform and is not the seller of the goods. Sales contracts are concluded exclusively with Alchikh GmbH.

All rights to the platform, brand and content belong to Mahmoud El-Gamal. Copying or use is permitted only with his written consent.

All prices are gross prices in euros including the statutory VAT of the delivery country. Shipping costs are shown by delivery country and parcel weight before you complete your order.

Payment, Delivery & Statutory Warranty

Payment is processed in encrypted form via Stripe. Goods are shipped directly from Alchikh GmbH’s Vienna warehouse via DPD with tracking. The statutory warranty provisions of Austrian law apply, subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
