HalaFood Refund Policy for Non-Perishable Foods

1. Damaged or defective items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item , you are entitled to a gift card for the price of the product or a refund for the damaged or defective product .

  • Please contact our customer support team within 5 business days of receiving your order.
  • Provide photos or other evidence of the damage or defect.
  • Depending on the situation, we may ask you to return the item.

2. Refund process:

Once your refund request is approved , we will process the refund to your original method of payment .
Please allow 10 to 15 working days for the amount to be credited to your account.
