1. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you are entitled to a gift card equal to the product price or a refund for the damaged or defective product.
- Please contact our customer support team within 5 business days of receiving your order.
- Provide photos or other evidence of the damage or defect.
- Depending on the situation, we may ask you to return the item.
2. Refund Process:
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
