Accuracy : We strive to keep product information and descriptions on our website accurate and up-to-date, but please note that images are for illustrative purposes only and actual products may vary slightly in appearance, packaging or size.
Variations : Due to the nature of some products, there may be slight differences in weight, dimensions or filling quantity. A tolerance of up to 5% is permitted.
Substitutions : While we endeavour to fulfil all orders as placed, in certain circumstances (e.g. unavailability) we may substitute items with equivalent alternatives of equal or greater value.

4. Returns and Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items : If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact our customer service department within 5 days of delivery. We reserve the right to require return of the item at your expense before a refund or replacement is issued.
Incorrect Items : If you receive an incorrect item, please report it within 5 days of delivery. We will send the correct item upon receipt of the faulty product, which must be returned unopened and in original condition at your expense.
Unwanted Items : Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on unwanted items unless they are damaged or defective. All sales are final. Please inspect your order carefully before completing.
Exceptions : No refunds or exchanges for items that have been opened, used or tampered with, unless they are found to be damaged/defective upon our inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the time limit has been exceeded or the item is in unacceptable condition. We accept no liability for damage during transit if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
Refund Process : After your request is approved (at our discretion), the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days using the original method of payment.
