Damaged or defective items: If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact our customer service within 5 days of delivery. Include a detailed description of the problem as well as photographic evidence. We may, at our discretion, grant a credit. We reserve the right to require the return of the item at your expense before a refund or replacement is issued.
Incorrect item: If you receive an incorrect item, please report this within 5 days of delivery. We will send the correct item after receiving the faulty product, which must be returned unopened and in its original condition at your expense.
Unwanted items: Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds for unwanted items unless they are damaged or defective. All sales are final. Please check your order carefully before completing it.
Exceptions: No refunds or exchanges for opened, used, or tampered items unless they are found to be damaged/defective after our inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the deadline has passed or the item is in an unacceptable condition. We accept no liability for transport damage due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
Refund process: After approval of your application (at our discretion), the refund will be transferred to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
